I have to admit that I do not have ONE particular favorite quote - I find one here and another one there, that I like ... This time I only added two plug-in textures on my original photo, that I have downloaded from Adobe, and changed the colors slightly. I wish I understood how you did this "mouseover"thing Got a link to a place where it was explained, but unfortunately I did not understand so much ... Is there any of you who have an "easy to understand" recipe I can learn? Monica:)
Hello, I find this textured photo incredibly beautiful..it reminds me of a Van Gogh painting and you chose an excellent quote to go with it ....sorry I don't have info about the 'mouseover' technique..;)
Great use of texture on a beautiful photo. It's so dramatic! Thanks for the visit.
Here's two places I found with mouseover instructions http://terrysplaypen.blogspot.com/2007/12/tip-mouseover-fun.html and http://www.kimklassencafe.com/thecafe/before-after-mouse-over-video-tutorial.html
Monica, this is positively gorgeous and with only two textures? Regarding the mouseover technique, it is not easy to master. In fact I don't always use it because it takes me so long to get it right. You have to upload your photos to a site like Photobucket that will give you the direct link and it goes on from there. It's a cool technique but can be tricky.
Love your treatment of the image. Isn't it amazing that no matter what side of the planet we are on, we get to enjoy the same glorious full moon? Thank you for sharing your artwork with Photo Art Friday. (I never seem to have the patience to do all that is required to get the mouseover effect - just too many steps for me to be bothered! :)
Mónica, I give you the "Liebster Blog Award" for your good work. You can take it in the link: http://pixelesyneuronas.blogspot.com.es/2012/04/liebster-blog-award.html Regards. Agustín.
